One of our partners was involved in the legal team that advised on a major public-private partnership project involving the construction of a state-of-the-art toll road in Lagos. The team handled the negotiation of the concession agreement, drafted the construction and maintenance contracts, and advised on dispute resolution frameworks between the state government and the private investor.

We are currently advising a multinational consortium on the legal structuring and regulatory compliance of a multi-billion-naira gas pipeline and processing facility, including obtaining permits, negotiating offtake agreements, and ensuring compliance with environmental and land use regulations.

For example, we helped draft a policy framework for a state-level housing delivery scheme using a build-operate-transfer (BOT) model to increase private sector participation.
